The New Creation Team is involved in many areas of ministry on a daily basis. There is the arranging of study class programs and content, school sites, registration, hospitality of meals and accommodation.

The Team is made up of those whose major ministry is through New Creation. Martin Bleby, teacher and Director of Ministry, and John Skewes, printer and General Manager, jointly share the leadership of New Creation Teaching Ministry. John’s wife Beryl manages the workroom where tapes are copied and orders mailed out, and is involved with other practical aspects of the ministry. Martin’s wife Vivien works as an Education Officer for the Anglican Diocese of Adelaide. Ian Pennicook is the Executive Director of New Creation in NSW and preaches and teaches in Australia and overseas. He and his wife Zara, a physiotherapist, live in Bowral south of Sydney. Celia Carter is the Registrar for the various schools and helps with other office work. Bob Pickering oversees the publishing process, supported by his wife Robin.
