Previewing Web Pages

Print Preview enables you to instantly preview a Web page so that you can see how the page will look when you print it. This Internet Explorer feature is similar to Print Preview in other Microsoft applications such as Microsoft® Word and Microsoft® Excel.

With Print Preview, you can:

  • Preview each Web page as it will appear in printed form.
  • Select the specific pages that you want to print.
  • Zoom in and out to view Web page details.
  • Rotate the page

Viewing web pages offline when not on the Network

Acrobat Reader Help.

Adobe® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on a variety of devices and operating systems.

If you can't view PDFs, get the free Acrobat Reader 5 Here and Free!

The Print symbol in Acrobat. You can print all or a range of pages via this feature.
Save to disk. Most Acrobat files can be downloaded and saved for later viewing and printing.
Make sure to use the Magnifying Tool to zoom in and discover more.....
The Hand Tool allows you to grab the page and scroll to new locations.
IMPORTANT - Please maximize your Netscape screen so that it covers the entire monitor viewing window. Acrobat will then optimize the screens for your full width monitor.
Configuring web browsers for_Acrobat

Configure Safari to display PDF files using Acrobat 7 viewers (Mac OS X)

Windows
  1. RIGHT click on the mouse over the PDF file link you wish to save
  2. Save the file to hard disk
MAC
  1. Hold the OPTION key down and click on the mouse over the PDF file link you wish to save
  2. Save the file to hard disk

Firefox (Mozilla), Opera and Safari (Macintosh) are also some alternatives.

Would you like to enlarge the font?

Both Netscape and Internet Explorer allow users to enlarge-or reduce-the font of the text on screen. Following is a table of instructions for selecting font sizes with your browser. Please note that the method may vary slightly between versions of browsers, and models of computers. Thus the following table is a guide only, please refer to the help menu of your browser for detailed instructions.

Netscape
  1. Select VIEW from the pull down menu
  2. Select INCREASE FONT SIZE or DECREASE FONT SIZE as desired.
Internet Explorer
  1. Select VIEW from the pull down menu
  2. Select TEXT SIZE
  3. Choose the desired font size
