ABOUT THIS BOOK

This little book is intended, hopefully, to open up principles of marriage in a simple way. Because the subject is a vast one, and because no human marriage has ever been perfect, it is going to be a somewhat difficult task, but then not an impossible one. In another way it is an introduction to a more substantial book I have written called The Profound Mystery: Marriage Love, Divine and Human.

Some people cannot tolerate a book which demands much attention in reading, so I have tried to reduce the principles of the book to the few pages of this one. This means I will not be trying to prove the points I make here, but trust they will come through clearly enough to be grasped, provide some food for thought, and perhaps help to clarify the teaching of the Bible as I see it.
