was that it should climax just as He planned-- Man would be saved
and God would bring harmony to the creation He had made. |

Love, especially of the Love of God for Israel His wife, of Christ
the Bridegroom for His Church. Knowing God's love to Man and
Christıs love to the Church, we have a richer view of the mutual
love of the man and the woman. |

What would I learn from
studying the book of Deuteronomy? Many things of God and His
plan and action in History--the Love of God, the Covenant of
God with His people, the Law given for Israel's good, the Gifts
of God to Israel and the Blessings and the Cursings. All these
teach us of God's continuing work in His world today. |
