Resources
for Home Fellowship & Bible Study Groups for personal
growth and a deeper understanding
of the Christian Journey.
New Creation
offers both the Christian Workers' School, for
those who participate in Weekly Classes, and the Christian
Workers' Correspondence School, for those who need
to work on their own, possibly with the assistance of a Tutor.
These may be taken as alternatives, or students may combine subjects
from both.
We now have
all these Correspondence resources available on CD for worldwide
postal delivery. This includes all the cassettes which have been
converted to mp3 for distribution
on the CD's. On each CD we include ALL the lessons, books, mp3
(audio) and questions, Acrobat Readers, and Media players. |
Correspondence Subjects
Eight subjects are currently
available, as listed on the Enrolment
Form, with others in preparation.

Theological Teaching
We see our teaching as bringing
us into interpersonal relationships with the Triune God, with
the community of Christ—the Church—and with the general community.
|
Studies may be commenced at
any time during a year. Those who need assistance with subject
choice can be helped by the Director of Studies.
We recommend that students start with The Knowledge of
God and/or Salvation History, because these two subjects
give an overview which encourages students to know God in relationship.
This, then, undergirds all the other subjects. Biblical Counselling should
be taken at the end, as the whole approach is grounded in gospel
conviction.
Assignments are set for each
lesson. The number of lessons for each subject varies from 11 to
16. Students have a choice between two Study Methods for
six of the eight listed subjects:
-
Essay style responses
-
Direct answers to a set of
questions.
Students are asked to state
their preferred method of study in these subjects. A Tutor is assigned
for each subject. (Course materials may be obtained for personal
study without a Tutor, but certificates cannot be awarded in such
cases.) |
